Unable to start Exagear Strategies

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

I cannot actually get past the "How to Start" screen. it looks like there may be a button below the Privacy Policy link from the scroll bar on the right but I am unable to scroll down to see. Any ideas what's going on anyone?
