Hi Exagear Support Team,

It is possible that your support is not working anymore?
Need help after my Raspberry is crashed. I think, someone has to reset my Licence, but no one is answering my mails on support@eltechs.com, tried it first time Monday 10 of september, again on Wednesday 12 of september and this weekend, no answer, tried it also via Chat, in 10 hours only one reaction, after explaining now for 5 hours, no answer.

Are all Eltechs employees on vacation or why I dont get any reaction from your side?
MY trust in you is lost. :cry:

I'm not getting any response either. All the emails fail to send due to a problem with their ssl certificate. I even tried the phone number listed on http://ru.eltechs.com/контакты/ and it just has a recorded message I can't understand.

Seems that the company is closed. I see a lot of Spam here in Forum and no moderator, my mails will sent out, dont get a bounce mail by Outlook and google, but I dont get feedback. Also on Interkom no Reaction from their side. on VK last Message was last year, only on facebook I can see something from 6th of sep.

But also there complainings about customer service...

I only can warn to buy anything from this company...

They were also active on twitter as well on September 6th. I sent a tweet out just now.

even if the licenses are only £20 I don't see the point in paying to replace them due to a bug.

The same for me here.

Dont pay twice for that product. Will have a look for alternative for that bad company. My Raspberry crashed and I have the same Issue, need to reset my license.

Dont buy a new product, not for my other Raspberrys nor Smartphone anymore from eltechs.

And, its not a bug I think. Maybe Part of their Business.

I got now feedback and my license was "resettet". My Exagear installation is now running on a new PI3.

I wanted to upgrade my license from Pi zero to Pi2, after months of emails (Gaukhar never understands me) i finally recieved a custom invoice which i paid, but i havent recieved a new key yet..

Guys please get Customer Support!
