There is nothing running on the port yet saned will not bind to it.

There is a patch that might fix this issue. Please download the following package:

and install it on top of prevoiunsly installed ExaGear packages:

sudo dpkg -i exagear-mem2g_3158-1_armhf.deb

Then restart the system to make shure that all services switched to the new version of ExaGear. Please let me know if the issue is fixed.
