Delphi FireMonkey Win32 app fails

I am trying run a test application.
It is build with Delphi FireMonkey (a cross-platform GUI framework).
When there is no graphical elements app starts and runs fine.
But when I try to display even a small graphics application fails, CPU goes to 100% with the following log messages.
Raspberry pi 3 is configured as per ExaGear Desktop and no other service/app running.
