Well, I've install Raspbian from March 2016 and tested ExaGear there. I was able to create new user in the guest x86 system without any issue.

I don't know what's wrong on you side but I have one guess. Could you please re-install binfmt-support in the host ARM terminal? This is the one of ExaGear's dependency packages that is installed by install-exagear.sh script. Please, run the following commnads in the ARM terminal:
$ sudo apt-get purge binfmt-support
$ sudo apt-get install binfmt-support.
$ sudo service binfmt-support start
$ sudo service exagear restart

I've tested ExaGear Desktop and TeamViewer on the latest Raspbian and everything was ok.

Let's find what's wrong on your side. Can you execute the following commnads in the guest x86 system and post the output here:
$ sudo su
$ whoami

Hello,

I have a Rasberry Pi3 my project is a teamspeak server.
I had the same problem with the "cannot execute binary file.

System is Debian Jessie
I put the image on the SD with Disk Imager and put a file with ssh on SD. After i connect with putty and make a sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade.

Thereafter:
mkdir exagear
cd exagear
wget http://downloads.eltechs.com/exagear-de ... pi2.tar.gz

and copy the licence file in the same folder.
tar -xvzpf exagear-desktop-rpi2.tar.gz
sudo ./install-exagear.sh

The installation was ok no problems!

After i start exagear and controll with arch the prompt was i686. Then I try to make under i686 the command
sudo apt-get update
and the error was the same cannot execute binary file

I try and make a exit change to root with sudo su and start the exagear
then when i put the command apt-get update then is working but under user pi with sudo is not working!

I try this too!
$ sudo apt-get purge binfmt-support
$ sudo apt-get install binfmt-support.
$ sudo service binfmt-support start
$ sudo service exagear restart

it is the same.

Sorry for my english and please can you help me!
;)
