Wine running python.exe for a while then crashed

Postby bernardmamc » Mon Aug 27, 2018 3:44 am

Dear Exagear Support,

I have purchased a eltech desktop to run x86 dll library for my python application.
The python application is running a serial communication using 3rd party x86 dll library.
The COM PORT initiation is provided by 3rd party library function, it has to connect to window com naming like com1, com2 etc, therefore wine-2.0-eltech is installed with symlink for com2 -> /dev/ttyS0

Now it has successfully wrapped the x86 dll using python ctype library, however, when the program is running for a while, wineserver has crashed with below error:

[pid 5012] Unsupported ptrace request number 3, tracee pid = 5006
wineserver: file_set_error() can't map error: Function not implemented

Much appreciate if anyone would give me a suggestion or advice how to solve this problem with some explaination what is happening.

Best Regards,
Bernard
