How to make veracrypt launch?

Postby pat054 » Sun Jul 15, 2018 12:33 am

Hello,
my machine is an RPI3 under Raspbian 9.3.

I'm trying to run Veracrypt 1.22 under Exagear via wine. The installation went well. But you can not run Veracrypt. Two screens appear:
1st:"service marked for delete. Source: wWinMian :9320"
the 2e : "Unable to connecte to the Veracrypt device driver. Veracrypt cannot work if the device driver is not running. Please note that, due to a windows issue, it may be necessary to log off or restart the system before the device driver can be loaded."

How to make veracrypt launch?

For information :
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ uname -a
Linux raspberrypi 4.14.32v7-aufs # 1 SMP Thu Apr 5 21:48:06 GMT 2018 armv7l GNU / Linux
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ cat / etc / debian_version
9.3
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ cat / etc / issue
Raspbian GNU / Linux 9 \ n \ l
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ exagear
Starting /bin/bash in the guest image /opt/exagear/images/debian-8
pi@raspberrypix86:~ $wine --version
wine-2.0-eltechs

I followed the link:
https://docs.eltechs.com/using-of-exage ... arm-system

In veracrypt properties, we have this:
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ cat /home/pi/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs/VeraCrypt/VeraCrypt.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Name = VeraCrypt
Exec = env WINEPREFIX = "/ home / pi / .wine" wine C: \\\\ windows \\\\ command \\\\ start.exe / Unix /home/pi/.wine/dosdevices/c:/users / Public / Start \\ Menu / Programs / VeraCrypt / VeraCrypt.lnk
Type = Application
StartupNotify = true
Icon = 92B1_VeraCrypt.0

The problem is that there is no Exagear as in the Spofy example (from the link above).
Maybe that's why Veracrypt does not start?

The problem is also when we do this:
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ exagear
Starting / bin / bash in the guest image / opt / exagear / images / debian-8
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ arch
i686
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $ which veracrypt
pi @ raspberrypi: ~ $

behind the "which veracrypt" command, we do not have the path where veracrypt is located.
It's weird
